Morning Flow Yoga
is a combination of warm-up stretches, breathing exercises, and Sun Salutations to greet the morning Sun and set you up for a new day. Every class incorporates guided meditation before finishing with Savasana. This class is suitable for all levels, especially beginners.
Vinyasa Flow
is a series of smoothly flowing postures which are coordinated to the breath, so that each movement is cued by an inhalation or an exhalation. Poses are arranged in a synchronised way, so it seems as if you flow from one asana to another. Our Vinyasa Flow classes range from mild alignment-oriented to vigorous flowing sequences.
Yin Yoga
is a slow-paced style of yoga with passive poses held for longer periods of time. By moving slowly and maintaining postures for longer, it works deeply into your body, enabling you to focus more on each pose. Among many benefits of this practice is increased mobility and flexibility in the body, especially the joints, connective tissue and hips. This practice is great for balancing more dynamic types of yoga, such as Vinyasa.
Restorative Yoga
supported poses for restoring your body and achieving deep level of relaxation. In order to find the most nurturing variations of postures we use props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets. When practiced regularly, restorative yoga can help in the relief of fatigue and chronic stress, slowing down the pace of life.
Prenatal Yoga
specially developed classes for mothers to be with a lot of stretching, strengthening, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises. Poses can help to strengthen the pelvic floor and uterus, improve circulation, aid digestion, ease back pain and increase general wellbeing. Most importantly, gentle movements and deep breathing calms the mother and the body transfers that feeling of security and tranquility to the growing baby inside.
Pranayama and Meditation
an hour of cultivating awareness and concentration, incorporating main breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation, completed with Yoga Nidra and Savasana. A good start-up to learn these technique for your own practice at home or a place to find your tranquility and peace for a regular practice. Could be combined with any asana practice.
